Droplets 05:00
Today followed a train till it was out of view Opened my eyes a little wider, noticed a few Tiny fleeting droplets darkening the stones Opened my mouth a little wider, let one in: Aaah ohhhh aaah ohh (open mouth sounds) Today entered my brain and I learned something new The world gets a little bit scarier with every view. ok, time to effin rock.
2.
I thought I saw someone And you were standing right there, in the dark corner of the stairs. Turned around to speak, but the words were caught inside your head. I woke up in my own bed The curtains were all drawn I had to make out what was real and what was not. Wrote another song about a dream before it all disappeared into the air.
3.
Blackbirds 03:57
At night, a sweet euphoric sprite Chasing down delight Shouts when I arrive The sight of blackbirds in green light Opened up the fright Ears and eyes take flight A swarm, of meadow safe and warm Cannot feel the storm In all its whistling might The sight, of blackbirds in green light Made the fields ignite Burning to the soil Oh, tomorrow you'll be home Freezing to the bone Hearing every tone The light, on the street shines bright Blackbirds pick a fight On the telephone wires
4.
At least, It's peaceful in the street This arcade is crazy It's got everything Hey you could probably live there So, burrow into the ground And decipher this tangled rainbow There's people all around And they could be saying anything So, it's beginning to snow The streets are getting crazy I wish I could explore But I'm on the train homeward
5.
Burley Road 04:27
Someone's running past me in the street Ants crawling all over my feet Laying in the grass by Burley Road Waiting for a ghost to wander home. The memory hangs as fresh and green As a sapling just waking from a dream A salty stream of daylight filters in Trying not to break the tiny limbs. A terrifying feeling settles in Something blows right through you with the wind Coming through the grass by Burley Road Laying down a path as it comes home.
6.
Sway 02:59
Sway, into the summer's love Fight without taking sides Bite without drawing blood It's ok, to let it roll on for a while But don't let it slip on by. Laid, down in the nearest lawn Salty sweet on my tongue Summer's sweat in my lungs It's ok, I'm flying away in a while This is just a passing phase. Last, night felt like new year's eve Dance like you're paying drums Walk like you'd rather run The tornado of streets and clubs Leaves you alone when the morning comes.

River 04:31
Cold river water Flowing green and deep. Laid down by its side In a drunken sleep. Climbed a peak before the dawn, Leave the tent and run. Start up the old truck How it grumbles and roars. Leaving the house at night Biting into the road. Into town before the dawn, Lock the door and run.
8.
Hill 05:36
From out on the hill Everything's just standing still There's a flock of birds and they're just hanging there And sitting here still Waiting for the night to fall Looking everywhere the air is cold and still I can disappear Leave my body waiting here But I'm terrified you'll catch me unaware. As soon as I do The flock of birds begins to move But I wouldn't know, I'm flying somewhere new.
